Longspire creates and curates meaningful pieces intended to accompany everyday life. We stand behind the workmanship of the products we sell.

90-day limited warranty

Unless a product page states a longer period, Longspire warrants that jewelry and accessories will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the delivery date. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

What is covered

Covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • A clasp, setting, connector, or structural component that fails under normal use;
  • A stone or decorative component that arrives loose or becomes detached because of faulty workmanship;
  • A material or finish that materially differs from the confirmed product description.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear, scratches, dents, tarnish, plating wear, fading, stretching, or gradual finish changes;
  • Damage caused by impact, pulling, improper storage, misuse, accident, water, perfumes, cosmetics, cleaning products, chemicals, heat, or prolonged sunlight;
  • Loss or theft, including lost stones, charms, beads, or complete items after confirmed delivery;
  • Repairs, resizing, alterations, or modifications performed by anyone other than Longspire;
  • Natural variations in crystals, jade, gemstones, wood, or handmade components, including differences in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, and dimensions;
  • Claims based on spiritual, energetic, wellness, luck, protection, or other personal outcomes.

How to make a warranty claim

Email service@longspireshop.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not send the item until we provide instructions.

We aim to decide a complete claim within 10 business days after receiving the requested information or returned item. If the claim is approved, Longspire will repair the item or replace it with the same or a comparable item. If we cannot complete a repair or replacement within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Store credit will be used only if you choose it. We will cover reasonable shipping costs for an approved manufacturing-defect claim when a return is required. We will tell you the expected repair or replacement timeline when the claim is approved.

Care and natural materials

Jewelry lasts longer when kept dry, stored separately, and protected from impact, chemicals, sweat, perfume, and cosmetics. Follow any product-specific care instructions. Natural materials are unique; variation is not a flaw and does not affect eligibility for remedies required by law.

No guaranteed spiritual or medical outcome

Our products and content are offered for personal expression, reflection, ritual, and general wellbeing. They are not medical devices, do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and do not guarantee luck, wealth, protection, healing, or any other specific result. Individual experiences and beliefs vary.

Legal rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longspire is not liable under this limited warranty for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It does not replace or restrict any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
