We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, lighting, production updates, and handcrafted processes can affect appearance. Natural stones, crystals, jade, wood, and handmade components are inherently unique and may vary in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, weight, and dimensions. These variations are part of their character and are not defects.
Product availability, descriptions, specifications, prices, and promotions may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order affected by an error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.
Longspire products and content are offered for personal expression, reflection, mindfulness, ritual, and general wellbeing. References to energy, intention, luck, abundance, protection, aura, astrology, feng shui, crystals, or spiritual traditions describe cultural meanings, personal practices, or beliefs. They are not promises or guarantees of a specific outcome.
Our products and content are not medical devices or medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not delay or replace professional care because of information on the Services.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order-confirmation email only acknowledges that we received the order; it does not confirm acceptance. We may accept, reject, verify, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including inventory, payment authorization, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, an order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You retain ownership of your content but grant Longspire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use it in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics services, and social networks. Third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, Longspire is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
We work to keep the website and its digital features accurate, secure, and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website and its digital features are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Products remain subject to their descriptions, our Refund Policy, our written Warranty Policy, and all express or implied warranties and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longspire and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or opportunities, arising from the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Longspire harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed. Shopify also processes information to provide the commerce platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of your place of residence provide mandatory protections. Before filing a formal claim, you and Longspire agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue by contacting one another. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
